As per application, the notice could not be served because the noticee was transferred to another place. Hence, the petitioner prays for changing the address of aforesaid respondent.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent returnable within four weeks.
