Learned advocate for the proposed legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 states that there are some typographical errors in mentioning the names of the legal representatives.

Learned advocate for appellant seeks leave to make appropriate corrections in the names of the legal representatives. Leave granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

The delay is explained stating that the appellants were not aware about the demise of respondent No.1 and came to know about the same through office of this Court.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, application for condonation of delay in filing application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent
