The applicant has filed this application seeking condonation of delay caused in filing the civil revision application challenging the order passed under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure and also order granting the temporary injunction. It is submitted that due to ill-health of the learned Advocate for the applicant the application cannot be filed within the period of limitation. Hence there is delay of 32 days. Considering the reasons stated in the application, delay of 32 days is condoned. Registry to register the civil revision application.
