The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits, that there is delay of 58 days in filing Misc. Civil Application for restoration of the Writ Petition. He submits, that there is an inadvertent mistake on part of the applicant, and therefore, the delay has been sufficiently explained. 3.

Considering the contentions raised in the present application, the delay of 58 days stands condoned. 4.

The office is directed to register Misc. Civil Application for restoration of Writ Petition.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, the order dated 11.09.2023 passed by the Registrar (Judicial), is hereby quashed and set aside subject to the costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand Only) to be paid to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur within a period of two weeks and with an undertaking that the petitioner shall remove all the office objections within a period of two weeks.

Both these applications are disposed of accordingly.
