In response to the notice on the civil application, Advocate Mr. Deshpande, has appeared on behalf of all the respondents.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the delay occurred in the process of obtaining necessary permissions and approvals from the authorities and the delay is unintentional.

Although the application is opposed, having regard to the contents of the application and submissions canvassed, the delay is condoned.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of.
