This is an application for condonation of delay under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963. The applicant has narrated that in para 2, 3 and 4 of the application regarding the personal reasons for condonation of delay. The application strongly objected by the non-applicant by filing its reply.

However, we are satisfied that the sufficient cause has been made out to condone the delay. The delay caused in filing the family court appeal is condoned. 3.
