By this application, the applicants seek to be brought on record, in place of the original petitioner. They are the surviving legal heirs of the original petitioner, who expired on 08.11.2023. Copy of the death certificate is annexed at Exhibit A to the application. There is a statement made in the application that the names of the applicants stated in paragraph No.2 pertain to the only surviving legal heirs of the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Court is satisfied that the application deserves to be allowed.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are permitted to be brought on record as legal heirs representing the deceased petitioner. Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
