N. R. BORKAR, & SOMASEKHAR SUNDARESAN, JJ.

DATE :

27 MAY 2024.

(VACATION COURT) PC:- 1.

The Petitioners have moved the matter based on an apprehension that despite the order of the Supreme Court dated 8th May 2024 in Special Leave Petition Nos. 6500-6501 of 2024, their representation dated 23rd May 2024 would meet with rejection. We trust that the Respondents would deal with due process in accordance with the order passed by the Supreme Court and in accordance with law. Should the need arise, the Petitioners have liberty to approach this Court to mention the matter afresh. 2.

A copy of the representation has been tendered across the Bar and is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Respondents may deal with such representation as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the next three weeks, in accordance with law.

3.

Stand over for further consideration by the Regular Bench on June 13th June 2024.
