Again today none appears for the Applicant.

Perusal of the Interim Application indicates that the same is for vacation of the interim order dated 6th June 2018 passed in the Writ Petition or alternatively to hear the Writ Petition. 5.

Just when this order is being passed, Mr. Saraf, learned Counsel, appears for the Interim Applicant and submits that he is lead by Dr. Chandrachud, who is on the way and the matter be kept back. 6.

We are already at 4.26 p.m. and since there are matters also listed at 4.15 p.m. as well as 4.30 p.m., it would not be possible to accede to the request, except to say that the Interim Application can be allowed and the Writ Petition can be fixed for hearing. 7.

List the Writ Petition for hearing on 22nd June 2026. 8.
