We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. We have perused the Interim Application.

In our view, sufficient cause for condonation of delay has been made out and the delay has been adequately explained. In view of the above, we are inclined to allow the Interim Application in terms of the following order:-

ORDER

(i) Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). (ii) No costs.
