By the present Interim Application, relief is sought to set aside the order dated 22nd November 2021 passed by a learned Judge by which, Civil Revision Application has been dismissed for non-prosecution and for condonation of delay. 2.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 4.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Application No.112 of 2008 is restored to file.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
