These Applications are filed seeking stay to the judgment and award passed by the learned District Judge-19 Pune dated 4th October, 2017 in respect to Land Acquisition References No.08/2009, 49/2009 & 47/2009. The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that the Appellant is ready to deposit the amount as per the award with interest within eight weeks. He therefore prays for stay to the impugned award. 2.
