Mr. Pilankar appearing for the Petitioner seeks a short accommodation as the arguing counsel has left the Court premises. 2.
Mr. Mohit Bhardwaj appearing for the Respondent Husband submits that admittedly the salary of the husband is roughly around Rs.70,000/-. The Family court, Bandra had granted maintenance of Rs.15,000/- to the wife and to the daughter. Mr. Bhardwaj submits that the maintenance amount as granted by the Family Court, Bandra to the wife and the daughter has been paid by the Respondent Husband so also as regard the school fees of the daughter which is roughly Rs.8,240/- for four months in a year has
been duly paid by Respondent Husband. He further submits that the Respondent has taken out a Medical Health Insurance (Family Floater Plan) of Rs.3,000/- monthly premium so also the Respondent Husband is paying Rs.2,000/- as keyboard classes of the daughter plus an addition Rs.1,000/- is paid every month towards the miscellaneous expenses of school viz. Books etc. 3.
Mr. Bhardwaj further submits that the Respondent Husband has also to take care of his mother and for the same purpose he is spending Rs.3,000/- per month towards the mother's expenses. He further submits that Respondent Husband is staying with his mother in a flat at Mira Road which is owned by the brother of the Respondent Husband. Therefore, the total expenses as of today paid by the Respondent Husband is around Rs.29,000/- towards the wife and the daughter.

Mr. Bhardwaj further submits that a further sum of Rs.20,000/- is spend by the Respondent Husband towards the rental expenses of the house in which the wife is staying at Kandivali, Mumbai. He submits that it is difficult for the Respondent Husband to spent a sum of Rs.20,000/- on rental as if apart from Rs.29,000/- he pays Rs.20,000/- total amount payable towards maintenance of wife and daughter would be Rs.49,000/-. He submits that on instructions of his client Respondent Husband that if the wife along with daughter shifts to Mira Road the rental expenses in Mira Road would be around Rs.10,000/-, which will be bearable to the Respondent Husband.

Mr. Bhardwaj further submits that at the most his client in
order that the wife and daughter does not suffer much would be paying a sum of Rs.20,000/- towards rental for the month of February and March, 2024.

In order to, Mr. Pilankar to take instructions from his client, post this matter for further submissions on 16 February, 2024. 7.
