2. However, the office remark discloses that the learned advocate for the applicant has not published the notice in aforesaid newspapers, but he has published the same in "Sambad" newspaper. Hence, the learned advocate for the applicant is directed to publish the notice in the daily newspaper, as per order dated 10.09.2024 passed in Interim Application No. 12580 of 2024 and file its copy within 06 weeks.
