In the prayer clause of Interim Application No. 12580 of 2024 for substituted service of notice by way of paper publication against respondent Nos. 1 and 2. He prayed to give permission to publish Notice in Daily newspapers namely, Free Press (English) and Sakal (Marathi) for respondent No. 1 and in Times of India (English) and Dharitri (Odia/Oriya) for respondent No. 2.However, office remark discloses that Instead of publish notices of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 as per prayer clause, he published the notices of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in newspaper namely, "Sambad". Hence, the learned advocate for applicant is directed to publish the notices in daily newspapers as per order dated 10/09/2024 passed in Interim Application No. 12580 of 2024 and file its copy within 04 weeks without fail.
