Pursuant to the order dated 17.01.2024, when the matter is called out for hearing today none appears for the Applicant. 4.

However one opportunity is given to the Applicant, since Applicant on his own volition has filed Civil Revision Application and desire to prosecute the said Civil Revision Application and this Court has allowed the Applicant to do so by its order dated

It is clarified that if Applicant do not remain present on the next adjourned date, this Court will have no option to dismiss the matter for non-prosecution after hearing the Respondents. Copy of this order shall be served on Applicant by learned Advocate for Respondents.
