After the matter was heard for some time, Mr.Kanchan appearing for the Respondent No.1 / Wife submits that there is an outstanding amount of Rs.3,75,000/- towards the interim maintenance to be paid. Mr.Kanchan submits that his client is suffering from serious illness i.e. "cancer". 1/2

Mr.Pandey appearing for the Petitioner in fairness submits that the amount is slightly higher than Rs.3,75,000/-. Mr.Pandey on instructions of his client submits that just to show the bona-fide of his client and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, his client will deposit 50% of the amount within a period of two weeks from today directly in the bank account of Respondent No.1 / Wife and the balance 50% amount within another two weeks period from now which means the Petitioner would clear the entire outstanding amount within four weeks from today.

Interim relief granted earlier to continue till next date of hearing.

Stand over to 19 April 2024. The matter to come up on board under the caption of "Directions".
