Earlier mediation has failed. This application was listed today to enable the parties to make a statement whether they are still agreeable to explore possibility of amicable settlement. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that the petitioner is still in arrears to the tune of Rs. 75,000/-. 3.

Both the parties submit that they are agreeable to explore the

911-WP-8731-23.doc possibility of amicable settlement. Learned counsels for the parties request that the parties be referred to the same Mediator. 4.

This order also be intimated to the main Mediation Centre, High Court Bombay, for further action for referring the parties to the same Mediator. Mediation charges, if any shall be paid by the petitioner.

Subject to the petitioner paying an amount of Rs. 75,000/- by transferring the amount directly to the bank account of respondent no.1 within three weeks from today and subject to the petitioner continuing to pay the monthly maintenance, ad-interim protection already granted by this Court to continue till the next date. 6.

List the petition on 18th September 2024.
