By this application, the respondents in Writ Petition No.11740 of 2017 seek extension of time to comply with the directions issued by this Court. As the respondents failed to comply with the initial order dated 22nd February 2019, Contempt Petition No.105 of 2023 was filed. By order dated 6th July 2023, this Court directed a decision to be taken on the petitioners' application for regularization by 3rd August 2023. In the application it is stated that on 31st July 2023, a Government Resolution was issued indicating steps to be taken for regularizing the petitioners' structure subject to conditions. The final compliance was undertaken on 22nd August 2023. Having perused the application as well as the additional affidavit filed on behalf of the present applicant-original respondent no.1, the time to comply with the directions issued in Contempt Petition No.105 of 2023 on 6th July 2023 stands extended till 22nd August 2023. 3.
