As per the order dated 9th October 2020, the Second Appeal is already admitted by framing the 'substantial questions of law'. As per the subsequent order dated 20th January 2021, the Appellant was directed to pay the Court Fee and to remove Office objections failing which the Appeal to be dismissed.

The Appellant has not fulfilled that direction. Accordingly, the Appeal was dismissed and that is why present Application. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the delay is condoned. The Interim Application is allowed. The Appeal is restored subject to deposit of Court Fee and removal of Office objections within a period of two (2) weeks.
