In the above matter, this Court had passed an ad-interim Order on 3rd May, 2024. By that order, an agreement was recorded between the parties that supervisory access of both minor children one - Miss. Tirtha, age 13 years and second - Miss Grantha, age 6 years, would be granted to the mother as more particularly set out in the said order.

To put in nut a shell, it was agreed that the father shall arrange to send both children at the Children's Complex of the Family Court, Thane on every first and third Saturday from 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. and shall arrange to collect the children from the said venue at 5.00 p.m. 3.
Today, we are informed that since the schools have now started and the elder child has school in the afternoon and the younger child has school in the morning, the parties have agreed that the Respondent-father shall arrange to send the elder daughter Miss. Tirtha, age 13 years on every first Saturday from 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. at Children's Complex of the Family Court, Thane and the younger daughter on every third Saturday from 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. at the Children's Complex of the Family Court, Thane. 4.
In the event, there is a fifth Saturday in any month, the Respondent-father and the Appellant-mother have agreed that access would be given of the elder daughter from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm at the Children's Complex of the Family Court, Thane. The parties have further agreed that if for any reason, the 1st Saturday and/or the 3rd Saturday and/or the 5th Saturday is a holiday from school and the Family Court at Thane is functioning, then access of both the children shall be given on that particular Saturday between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm.

Only to this extent, our Order dated 3rd May, 2024 stands modified.

The parties have further informed that there is a list of belongings of the Appellant which needs to be returned by the Respondent. That list has been tendered to us today in the Court. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Both the parties have stated before the Court that the list is accurate and that belongings mentioned therein shall be handed over by the Respondent-Husband to the Appellant-Wife within a period of one week from today. We accept the said statement as an undertaking given to this Court.

We now place the above matter on board on 12th July, 2024. 9.
