By our order dated 21st June 2024 access to the children was granted to the Appellant-Wife. By the said order, the RespondentHusband was also directed to handover the articles as per the list tendered to the Court and marked "X" for identification. Today when the matter is called out, we are informed by both the parties that all the articles [as per the said list] have been handed over by the Respondent-Husband to the Appellant-Wife. We are also informed that the access to the children, as directed earlier, is going on smoothly.

In these circumstances, we now place the above Interim Application on board for hearing and final disposal on 9th August 2024 (HOB).
