The above Interim Application is filed by the Appellant-wife seeking custody and access of both minor daughters i.e. Miss Tirtha, age 13 years and Miss Grantha, age 6 years from the Respondent-husband. As an ad-interim arrangement, the parties have agreed that supervisory access of the minor children, (i) Miss Tirtha, age 13 years, and (ii) Miss Grantha, age 6 years, can be granted on the following terms and conditions:

28 ia 630-24.doc a) The Respondent father shall arrange to send both children at the Children's Complex of the Family Court, Thane, on every first and third Saturday from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm, and shall arrange to collect the children from the said venue at 5.00 pm. b) The Applicant mother agrees to meet the children at the above address and time during the above period.

c) The Respondent father shall not interfere with the above supervisory access, supervised by the Staff assigned at the Children Complex.

The above ad-interim order shall be reviewed after a period of three months and it is understood by the parties that the ad-interim order shall remain in operation till the Interim Application is decided finally, or until it is otherwise varied by this Court. Towards this end a report shall be submitted by the clerk supervising such access. 3.

Stand over to 14th June, 2024.
