This is an Application to amend the Writ Petition to delete Respondent No.5 from the array of the Respondents. 2.

The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1A to 1G, 2 and 3 submit that they have no objection to permit the Petitioner to delete the 1/2

72-WP-11582-2022.DOC Respondent No.5 from the array of the Respondents, at his own risk as to the costs and consequences.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and having regard to the reasons ascribed in the Application, the Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a).

The Petitioner is permitted to delete Respondent No.5 from the array of Respondents at the risk of the Petitioner as to costs and consequences.

Necessary amendment in accordance with the schedule of amendment (Exhibit "A") be carried out within a period of three weeks. 6.

The Petitioner shall serve the amended copy of the Petition to the Respondents within two weeks, thereafter.

Application disposed.
