Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this petition was filed as there was no Presiding Officer for deciding the execution petition filed by the petitioner. By order dated 1st August 2023, this Court has passed an order directing the concerned Incharge Presiding Officer, Family Court, Bandra to pass appropriate orders in the execution proceedings filed by the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no orders have been passed as there was no Presiding Officer. He seeks time to take instructions on the correct situation and status of the execution application filed by the petitioner. Necessary affidavit to be filed within one week from today.
