Advocate Bharaiz Irani submits that there is typographical error in the prayer clause in the Interim Application. He submits that in prayer clause (a) and paragraph no.5 the delay should have been 63 days, inadvertently the same is written as 135 days. Therefore, he seeks liberty to carry out the correction in the prayer clause (a) and paragraph no.5 of the Interim Application. 2.

Liberty as prayed is granted. Amendment to be carried forthwith.

This Interim Application is filed for condoning the delay in filing the Civil Revision Application.

It is the case of the Applicant, there is delay for 63 days in filing Civil Revision Application.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 13 March 2024. Apart from the Court notice, advocate for the Applicants are permitted to serve the respondents by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service to that effect before the next date of the hearing.
