14-IA874-2024.DOC 6.
I have perused the averments in the application. In paragraphs 7 to 10, the applicants have made an endeavour to account for the delay. It is trite, an application for condonation of delay receives a liberal consideration so as to advance the cause of substantive justice. The applicants have ascribed justifiable reasons.
7.
Thus, for the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice IA/874/2024 for condonation of delay in filing the revision application stands allowed.
8.
The delay in filing the revision application stands condoned.
9.
The revision application be registered and listed for admission after three weeks.
10.
In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief granted in the interim application shall continue to operate till the next date. 11.
Application stands disposed.
