On inquiry with neighbour, she informed that said respondent no. 1 has gone out to office and no fixed time of her return" Therefore, copy of notice was pasted on the door of the respondent no. 1".

Likewise, office remark shows that Notice issued to respondent no. 2 on 30/04/2024 is returned with Bailiff's remark dt. 24/06/2024, "At the time of service, respondent no. 2 was not found and his house was locked. On inquiry with neighbour, she informed that said respondent no. 2 is not residing at above said address and present residing at Bhoiwada but full and detail address not known to her. But, she informed that said respondent no. 2 seldomly visits at above said address premises. Therefore, copy of notice was pasted on the door of the respondent no. 2"

The reports below notices are on affidavit of concerned Bailiff. Hence, service of notices upon respondent nos. 1 and 2 be treated as good service vide Order V Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
