The compensation is on account of death claim. These are the 3/4

Applications for withdrawal. It seems that there is a dispute about the Policy, whether it is a genuine policy or fake policy. 3.

The Claimant has produced one policy whereas, the Insurance Company have produced two policies.

The Tribunal has rejected the contention of the Insurance Company in respect of fake policy.

Let, the learned Advocate for the Claimants to go through the papers and then, these Applications will be heard. 6.

There are three (3) more Appeals filed by the Insurance Company. Let, the learned Advocate for the Claimants to take instructions, whether he can appear in those Appeals. 7.
