A statement is made by learned advocate for the Applicant/Appellant that the amount of compensation is already deposited as required by law. He has also produced on record photocopy of receipt of deposit of the amount showing that amount of Rs.14,26,925/- is deposited in the office of Commissioner for Employees Compensation, Mumbai.

In view of the same, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) till next date.
