The following reliefs are sought in the Interim Application :- "a) That the name of the Respondent No.2a be allowed to be deleted from the above Civil Revision Application; b) That the hearing of the above Civil Revision Application be expedited and date may be fixed for final hearing of the above Civil Revision Application;" 2.

As far as prayer clause (a) is concerned, it is the submission of Ms. Mamnani, learned Counsel for the Applicant that Respondent No.2a has passed away leaving behind the Respondent No.1 as the only legal heir. Accordingly, Respondent No.2a is allowed to be deleted from the

As far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, it is the submission of Ms. Mamnani, learned Counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant is a senior citizen and he is suffering from disabilities and he is having Unique Disability ID issued by the Government of India. The relevant papers are annexed to the Interim Application at Exhibit - 'D'. 4.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, prayer clause (b) is also allowed.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Application be added to the 'Final Hearing' board of 26th February 2025.
