We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective

sides. The Petition is at a pre-notice stage. We have noticed the involvement of the Applicant (in the Interim Application) in this case, who needs to be added in the present Petition, keeping in view that she has also preferred a Writ Petition (St.) bearing No. 16209 of 2022, wherein the present Petitioner has been impleaded as the Respondent.

In these circumstances, the Interim Application is allowed. The Petitioner would add the Applicant as Respondent No.

8. Addition be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the Respondents in the Writ Petition, returnable on 12th March, 2025. The learned Addl.GP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, State. Mr. Shinde, the learned Advocate, waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.4. Mr. Bandiwadekar, the learned Senior Advocate, waives service of notice on behalf of the added Respondent No.8.

Until further orders, the approval granted to the present Petitioner, shall not be disturbed/ cancelled, without the leave of the

Court.

List Writ Petition (St.) No. 16209 of 2022, along with the present Writ Petition, on the returnable date. 6.

Spare copies of the Petition paper-book shall be supplied, on or before 6th February, 2025, failing which, the ad-interim protection granted would stand vacated without reference to the Court, on 7th February, 2025.
