The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 60 days in filing the present Appeal. 2.

We have heard the learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant/Appellant as well as the learned Advocate for Respondent. We are satisfied that the explanation given for the delay is genuine and has been OCTOBER 18, 2024 Laxmi

13 ia 1305-23.doc sufficiently explained. In these circumstances, we hereby condone the delay of 60 days in filing the above Appeal.

Now that the delay is condoned, the Advocate for the Appellant shall remove all other office objections within a period of six weeks from today, failing which, the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The above Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
