On 29th February, 2024, we had passed an order directing the Respondent-husband to remain present in this Court either through himself or through his advocate, failing which we would pass necessary orders in his absence.
Today when the matter is called out, the Respondenthusband is represented by an advocate. He, however, made a grievance that he has not yet been served either with the above two Interim applications as well as the Family Court Appeal. The MARCH 15, 2024 Aswale
10.IA.1317.24.DOC learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Applicant/Appellant has handed over a copy of the above Interim Applications as well as the above Family Court Appeal to the advocate for the Respondent-husband.
Considering these circumstances, we direct that the affidavit in reply of the Respondent-husband (to both the above Interim Applications) shall be filed on or before 28th March, 2024 and a copy of the same shall be served on the advocates for the Applicant/Appellant. If the Applicant/Appellant wants to file any affidavit in rejoinder, she may do so on or before 4th April, 2024 and serve a copy of the same on the advocates for the Respondenthusband. Stand over to 5th April, 2024.
