INTERIM APPLICATION NO.1318 OF 2024 1.

The above Interim Application is filed seeking the following reliefs :-

"a. Pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Family Court Appeal the custody of daughter being named Ananya to be handed over to the present Applicant forthwith by the Respondent i.e. husband;

b. Interim / Ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) above be granted;

c. Any other order in the interest of equity, justice and good conscience as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit." 2.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the RespondentHusband, and who has custody of the minor child Ananya, seeks two weeks time to file an Affidavit-in-reply to the above Interim Application. He has, on instructions, further stated that in the interregnum, the mother [the Applicant/Appellant] can have access to the daughter Ananya on every Saturday from 6.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. He has further stated that he shall drop the child to the house of the Appellant-Wife at 6.00 p.m. sharp and pick her up again from the said house at 9.00 p.m. sharp. We accept the said statement for the time being and direct that the minor daughter Ananya shall be dropped at the Appellant-Wife's house at 6.00 p.m. on every Saturday and will be picked up from the Appellant-Wife's house at 9.00 p.m. on the very same day. This arrangement shall continue until we pass further orders in the above Interim Application. 3.

We now place the above Interim Application on 26th April, 2024. The affidavit-in-reply, if any, shall be filed on or before 19th

April, 2024 and a copy of the same shall be served on the Advocate for the Appellant-Wife.
