There is a delay of 1 year and 50 days in filing the present application for restoration of the first appeal which was dismissed for nonremoval of the office objections. 2.

The delay has been explained in the interim application and being satisfied therewith, delay in filing the present application is condoned. The reasons for non-removal of office objections is also mentioned. 3.

Being satisfied therewith, First Appeal (St.) No.4848 of 2020 is restored. The office objections to be removed within eight weeks from today, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
