It is informed that the parties have settled the dispute and have prepared Consent Terms. One of the parties Smt. Sushma Malandar Appellant No.4 in FA/1434/2019 is out of country. She has signed the Consent Terms but she is not presently available for verification. Care can be taken of her interest by directing her to execute power of attorney at Shri Lanka and send the same or she can sign the Consent Terms over there in the office of Indian Embassy in Shri Lanka and send to this Court. 2.

The other parties to get the Consent Terms verified before the Registrar Judicial of this Court any time before 8th May, 2024. 3.
