Acceding to his request, we direct that the affidavit in reply, if any, shall be filed on or before 22nd March 2024 and a copy of the same be served on the Advocates for the Applicant. If the Applicant wants to file any affidavit in rejoinder, they may do so by filing the same on or before 1st April 2024 and serve a copy of the same on the Advocates for the Respondent.
