The above Interim Application is filed seeking a Condonation of Delay of 446 days in filing the above Family Court Appeal. 2.

Today when the matter is called out, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-Husband has stated that he is getting no instructions from the Respondent-Husband. In these circumstances, we stand this matter over to 12th April, 2024. 4.

The Respondent-Husband is directed to personally remain present in this Court on the next occasion, failing which we shall proceed on the basis that the Respondent-Husband has no objection to the Condonation of Delay and we shall condone the same. 5.

A copy of this order shall be served by the advocates for the Respondent-Husband on his client informing him that he has to remain present on the next occasion.

Stand over to 12th April, 2024.
