By order dated 30th August, 2024, a Mediator was appointed to try and see if the disputes between the Appellant and the Respondent could be amicably settled. By the said order, we had requested the learned Mediator October 11, 2024 Shraddha

13-IA-1519-2024-FCAL-35536-2023==.doc to file his report in this Court on or before 11th October 2024. We had also mentioned that if the Mediator requires any further time to file his report, parties were free to approach this Court and seek an extension. 3.

Today, the parties have stated before us that the mediation is still ongoing, and therefore, time be extended.

Considering the aforesaid request, we would request the learned Mediator to complete the mediation process and file the report in this Court on or before 13th December, 2024. If any further time is required, the parties are once again free to approach this Court to seek an extension. 5.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier shall continue till further orders. Stand over to 13th December, 2024.
