The learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant and the Respondent have stated that the parties are trying to amicably resolve the disputes and therefore sought the appointment of a Mediator to help in settling the disputes. They have both suggested that Mr. S. G. Deshmukh, an Advocate of this Court be appointed as the mediator. AUGUST 30, 2024 Ashvini Narwade

Considering the aforesaid consensus between the parties, we hereby appoint Mr. S.G. Deshmukh, an Advocate of this Court, to mediate, and if possible, arrive at an amicable settlement between the Appellant and the Respondent. The parties are directed to appear before the learned Mediator on 5th September 2024 at 4.30 p.m., when the Mediator shall give all further directions as to how the mediation will be proceed. The fees of the Mediator and the cost of the Mediation shall be borne by both parties equally. 4.

We would request the learned Mediator to file his report in this Court on or before 11th October 2024. If the Mediator requires any further time to file his report, parties are free to approach this Court and seek an extension.

Stand over to 11th October 2024. The ad-interim relief granted earlier shall continue.
