A praecipe is moved for speaking to minutes of the order dated 16th February, 2024. It is submitted that in paragraph No.3 of the said order, word "Respondent No.2" is wrongly mentioned instead of word "Respondent No.1". It is prayed that same be corrected as "Respondent No.1".

The order dated 16th February, 2024, stands corrected accordingly.
