Respondent No.5 has expired in the interregnum. Interim Application is filed for bringing his legal heirs on record. The death certificate of deceased Respondent No.5 is appended at Exhibit-A, page No.6 of the Application. It is seen that wife of Respondent No.5 has also expired in the interregnum.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Delay, if any in filing the Interim Application is condoned. Abatement, if any is set aside.

Learned Advocate for Applicant is directed to carry out necessary amendment and implead the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.5 as per paragraph No.5 of Application within a period of one week from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. 5.
