The Original Respondent No.1 was driver. The Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are the son and father. There was no insurance. The owner - Respondent No.2 was directed to pay compensation by the Claims Tribunal at Karad. There is a delay. It is opposed. 3.

For the reasons stated in the Application, delay is condoned. 4.

Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly .
