This application is for setting aside the conditional order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II), granting conditional time to remove office objections. This application is within time. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the reasons for not removing the objections within time are explained in Paragraph Nos. 4 and 5 of the application.

Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that all the office objections shall be removed within two weeks from today. Page no. 1 of 2

For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), subject to the appellant removing office objections within two weeks from today. If office objections are not removed, the present application will stand dismissed without reference to the Court. If office objections are removed, office is directed to register the Second Appeal and list it for admission. 4.
