For reasons mentioned in the application and in view of the undertaking given by counsel to remove all office objections on or before 29th July 2024, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B) which read as under :- "(A) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 123 days in filing the present Interim Application; (B) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to set aside the Order dtd. 03.03.2023 passed by the Ld. Registrar, Judicial-1, Appellate Side, High Court, Mumbai and be further pleased to direct the restoration of the Writ Petitioner in the files and records of this Hon'ble Court."

If the office objections are not removed within one week from today, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and restoration application shall not be entertained at any costs. 3.

Subject to above, Writ Petition (L) No.28982 of 2019 to be listed for admission on 29th July 2024, since according to Respondents identical petition by the same Petitioner is already dismissed.
