Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an application to bring the legal representatives of Respondent No.9 who passed away on 30 December 2022.

The application is supported by a copy of the death certificate and an affidavit. For the reasons assigned in the application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). 4.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. 5.

Issue notice to the Respondent Nos.9a to 9h, returnable on 20 March 2025.

In addition to notice through Court, the Applicants/Petitioners are at liberty to serve Respondent Nos.9a to 9h by private service and file an SSP 1/2
