Interim Application has been filed by the Respondent No. 4 seeking expeditious hearing of writ petition and for a direction to deposit the entire benefits and for permission to the Applicant to withdraw the said amount.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that he is confining the relief to only seeking expeditious hearing of the petition. Petition has already been admitted by order dated 18th July 2018. The same to come up for final hearing as per its own turn. Interim Application stands dismissed.
