Interim Application has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 38 days caused in preferring the appeal. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that judgment and decree was uploaded on 18th October 2023. However, the Court was closed for Diwali vacation and therefore there was some delay in arrangement of the Court fees.

Learned counsel for the respondent does not seriously oppose the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 38 days stands condoned. Interim Application is allowed.
