This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 20th December, 2024 which is an order correcting the original order dated 13th December, 2024.

In the earlier motion for Speaking to the Minutes dated 20th December, 2024, we were informed that the delay is not of 2740, but only 48 days. We therefore, corrected our order. This is a second motion for Speaking to the Minutes of the earlier order and the Petitioner submits that the delay is not 48 days, but is 2701 days. He submits that the Petitioner will now not move any further motion for correction. 3.

In view of the above, the order dated 13th December, 2024 shall stand corrected to the extent of paragraphs-1 and 4 by mentioning the delay period of 2701 days. The corrected order be uploaded. 4.

The cost amount be deposited as directed earlier within 15 days.
